Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 11am.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. Please contact reception for more information.

Reception is covered 24 hours a day, so late check-in is available.

Please note that the front door is locked from 11pm. If you arrive after this time, simply ring the bell and a member of our night team will help you.

Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage for guests.

Breakfast may be included depending on the room rate or package booked.

Our bedrooms include a flat-screen TV, in-room safe, tea and coffee making facilities, Temple Spa bathroom products and a hairdryer.

Selected upgraded rooms also include bathrobes, and a fridge stocked with soft drinks.

Yes, dogs are welcome at Bernwood Park.

A charge of £25 per dog, per night applies, which includes a dog welcome pack. As we have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms available, dogs must be booked in advance. Our dog-friendly room types are Luxe and Luxe with View.

We kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead in public areas and that owners are considerate of other guests during their stay.

Yes, we have two accessible bedrooms available at Bernwood Park Hotel.

These accessible bedrooms include wet rooms and grab rails. Bernwood Park also offers dedicated accessible parking bays, and both the Avenue Bar, Lounge & Terrace and Uliveto Restaurant are located on the ground floor with level access.

Yes, selected room types can be made up as Luxe twin rooms and Luxe Golf Course View bedrooms.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled up to 2pm the day before arrival with no charge. Advance purchase bookings cancellation incurs full charge.

Not at all. Three Graces welcomes both hotel guests and non-residents, so you’re more than welcome to book a treatment whether you’re staying with us or simply visiting for the day.

The minimum age to use the Three Graces Wellness Suite is 16 years old. Guests aged 16 and over are welcome to enjoy our treatments and wellness facilities.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am and on weekends and Bank Holidays from 7:30am to 10:30am.

There is no strict dress code at the Hotel. In our restaurant, Uliveto, we ask for smart casual attire for dinner. No golf spikes in the hotel.

Yes, children are welcome. Both Uliveto and the Avenue have children's menus and high chairs are available.

Golf buggies and trolleys are available to hire. We recommend reserving these in advance to ensure availability. Please note that golf clubs are not available to hire.

Yes. To play at Bernwood Park Golf Course, you'll need a golf handicap of 54 or equivalent, or be able to play to that standard.

No. Bernwood Park does not offer golf club hire, so you'll need to bring your own set of clubs when you play. If you have any questions about equipment requirements before your visit, please contact our team.

Yes. Bernwood Golf Club has a standard golf dress code for all players. Appropriate golf attire must be worn on the course.
