Our flexible event space can be shaped around your plans, with thoughtful service, seasonal food and 40 bedrooms for those wishing to stay a little longer. Close enough to Aylesbury, Bicester and Oxford, yet comfortably removed from the distractions of the everyday.

You are welcome to arrange activities with an external provider, or our events team can help you find suitable options to complement your event.
Yes. Bernwood can be offered on an exclusive-use basis for weddings and large gatherings, with all forty-eight bedrooms, the run of the spa, and the grounds directly round the hotel for the duration of your stay. Please note, exclusive use would not include the Golf Clubhouse and Course.

Yes - Bernwood Park is on the same site, but the Hotel has been transformed and fully refurbished internally, with the addition of two new restaurants, a large terrace, function room, wellness rooms, golf clubhouse and a redesigned 18-hole golf course.
Yes. Catering is available for events at Bernwood Park Hotel, with a range of food and drink options available to suit different event types and requirements.
Our events team can help you choose the most suitable catering option for your occasion.
Yes parking is free to anyone using the hotel. We have over 200 parking spaces.
EV charging points are available on site at Bernwood Park Hotel for six vehicles; however, they are not yet operational. We are working to have them commissioned and available for guest use as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend planning an alternative charging stop before your arrival.
Cancellations will vary depending on the size of event. This can be discussed without Events team during the booking process.
Our standard day delegate packages include room hire, three servings of tea and coffee with snacks, working lunch or two course buffet (depending on numbers), projector, screen, meeting stationary. However we can tailor a bespoke package to the requirements of your event need.
Yes absolutely, children and dogs are welcome at events at Bernwood Park Hotel.
